Framer development
The challenge was to completely redesign the digital platform of a company with 9 years of track record and over 500,000 m² installed, so its digital presence would finally reflect the scale and technical authority it had already earned on the ground.
Information architecture and design system
The previous platform wasn't giving the company's projects or track record the spotlight they deserved. I redesigned the information architecture to bring both elements to the center of the experience, visible from the very first scroll.
To support this new structure, I built a design system, engineered to scale seamlessly across the company's different service lines and surface types without losing visual consistency. As part of this system, I also designed a custom icon set to represent each service and sports surface
Framer migration
Migrating the platform to Framer wasn't just a tooling switch, it was a strategic move to gain speed, scalability, and a visual experience worthy of international stadiums.
This enabled smoother interactions, optimized load times, and a far more flexible foundation for the team to keep growing the site without technical friction.
